An estate sale is not fun. There are a lot of emotions involved. I am so glad I chose ABQ Finest to liquidate our estate. You know how some estate sales charge WAY TOO MUCH and won’t negotiate? Ya know how some follow you around like you are a thief? You also know how some are so filthy and unorganized you feel you need a shower after you have visited them??
ABQ’s Finest Estate Sales offers NONE of the above. They are organized, clean, pleasant and willing to fairly negotiate with you. Visit whatever estate sale Robert & Carmen are doing:)

My words can’t do this company justice! Robert and Carmen did an outstanding job. I was with them through this entire project and I was amazed at how professional these two are. From staging the house, signage in the neighborhood and customer service, they were phenomenal! The estate sale was a total success to say the least. They were able to liquidate 95% of my items and the small items that remained were donated to charity. I hired Carmen and Robert to do a deep cleaning of my home after the sale in order to put it on the market. Myself, along with my realtor, was astonished at how thorough of a job they performed! They did a terrific job with the setup and running of the sale, not to mention that they sold nearly everything and took away the few things that didn't go. My Wife and I would like to compliment ABQ's Finest Estate Sales. They ran an estate sale for us in July. It went very smoothly. Robert, Carmen and their staff were awesome (very hard workers), There were a few things left over the sale and they made sure they sold everything. We were quite impressed with their work ethic. Words cannot express how grateful I am to ABQ’s Finest Estate Sales. Carmen and Robert did a fine job helping me liquidate my father’s home. Due to living out of state, I had made several trips to Albuquerque to work on my family home, cleaning out 60 years of accumulated memories. I had finally made it to the finish line and was looking for someone to help me clear out the home prior to placing it on the market. I had spoken to Carmen and Robert first and wanted to hire them on the spot, but due to an issue out of my control, I was unable to do so and their schedule filled up quickly. When the glitch was cleared, I was ready to hire and had to speak to other companies, they also were booked through the rest of the year. However, I happened to call Robert and they had a cancellation and were able to fit me in during a time that I was in Albuquerque. I was elated! Though the sale was very tight, Robert and Carmen were able to properly advertise and prepare the house for the sale. They provided us with competent, caring and trustworthy employees who assisted with the 3-day sale. After the sale, Robert quickly presented me with a check for the sale and a breakdown of the sale proceeds. Carmen and Robert, as promised, liquidated the remaining belongings through donation or disposal and left me with a completely empty home. The process of liquidating a family home is very stressful and at times heartbreaking, but Carmen, Robert and their lovely staff made the process less painful and trouble-free.

Robert and Carmen were very enthusiastic about our home and took great care to work with us and minimize disruption. Very trustworthy. They were very organized for the sale. Uncertain how they arrived at prices, but they cleared out our home in two days. Would suggest more discussion with them if expecting a certain price on items.
